1999 aastal asutatud Simplon Halduse OÜ on kinnisvarafirma, mis ostab Tallinna vanalinnas asuvaid iidseid hooneid, eesmärgiga need kvaliteetselt renoveerida ning ehitada välja korteriteks, kontori-ja kaubanduspindakeks. Firma tegeleb ka kinnisvaraarendusega Tallinna lähiümbruse kaunimates paikades, samuti hotelli-ja elamuehituse korraldusega. Kõiki projekte teostab erinev kinnisvarafirma, mille suurimaks osanikuks on Simplon Halduse OÜ.
