Lundgard OÜ is one of the companies of the holding Simplon Halduse OÜ, whose task was to purchase, renovate and sell units and commercial spaces in the building situated at 7 Uus Street. The building, dating from the 17th century, with
an area of about 1100 sqm, was acquired in the year 2001.

The renovation works, totally financed through the company’s funds, started in December 2001 and were completed in September 2002.
The renovation includes 7 apartments, one office and three shops on the ground floor.

Lundgard OÜ on üks Simplon Halduse OÜ’le kuuluvatest firmadest, mille ülesandeks oli osta, renoveerida ja müüa korteriteks ja kaubandusruumideks hoone aadressil Uus tänav 7. Hoone pinadalaga ca 1100 m2 pärineb 17. [siin vist oli näpukas] sajandist. Lundgard OÜ omandas hoone 2001 aastal.

Renoveerimistööd, mida täielikult finantseeris Simplon Halduse OÜ, algasid 2001 aasta detsembris ja jõudsid lõpule septembris 2002.
Valmis on 7 korterit, ühed kontoriruumid ning folm kauplust esimesel korrusel.
