Stoneholm OÜ, controlled by the Holding Simplon Halduse OÜ, was established in the year 2002 when it bought a 13,4-hectare piece of land where, according to a detailed plan, a certain number of plots are planned. The land will soon be served with the needed infrastructures like water, electricity, sewage system, TV, telephone, streets, etc. On each plot a single family house will be allowed, whose project will be chosen among a range of them approved by the company.

Simplon Halduse OÜ’le kuuluv Stoneholm OÜ asutati 2002 aastal kui Stoneholm OÜ ostis 13,4 hektari suuruse maatüki, kuhu vastavalt detailplaneeringule on plaanitud kindel arv krunte. Krundid varustatakse vajalike infrastruktuuridega nagu vesi, elekter, kanalisatsioon, TV, telefon, teedevõrk jne. Igale krundile on plaanitud ühepereelamu, mille projekt valitakse firma poolt kinnitatud projektide hulgast.
